Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
We currently ship across India.
International shipping may be available on request; please contact our support team at info@hhindia.in for details.
Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may take a little longer.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier disruptions, or public holidays.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or through the link provided.
Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
