At Healing Hands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the terms below.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and unopened.
In their original packaging and condition.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including:
Used supplements, capsules, or tonics.
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Items purchased under clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that actual credit timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at info@hhindia.in with your order details.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship it back using a reliable courier service (address will be provided upon request).
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions above.
